Polyurethane Casting

Also known as vacuum casting is a copying technique used to create small series of functional plastic parts. This technology is perfect for high-end quality parts or end-use products, available in various materials and finished very similar to injection moulded parts, but without the tooling cost. Starting from a master, 3d-printed via stereolithography a silicon casting mold is created. Applications include: Small series of housings, covers and rubber parts.
